WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?
We realize that you can always make a bad buy. Returning is therefore no problem with Rachel Moore.

You can return our items within 14 days if unworn, unwashed and undamaged after receiving your order (at your own expense and in the original packaging) to the address given to you after registering the product. In addition, it should not contain any make-up and the labels should still be attached to the item. If we receive an item that does not meet the requirements, we unfortunately cannot accept it. We will then charge shipping costs again to return the item to you. Do not forget to include the packing slip and state which item you want to return. When you send your return, always keep your Track & Trace receipt until your return has been processed! If we have received your return, we will refund the amount within 7 working days to your account number with which you paid your order.
The costs of return are for the customer. The article must not be worn, washed or damaged. The labels must be attached to the article. Be careful with make-up: an item with make-up stains will not be returned. Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be returned. No washing guarantee is given. Any problems after washing are at your own responsibility.
Does it not fit and do you want a different size? Then you can also exchange an item for another size.
