To send

All orders are sent with Myparcel to the address you provided. The shipping costs are (in the Netherlands) for orders over € 60, - free. For orders under € 60, - € 6.95 shipping costs are charged. For orders from Belgium € 11.00 shipping costs are charged. We strive for a fast delivery, but we do not yet have the possibility to deliver the same day, but when you place your order before 16:00, we will send it the same day. (except Sundays / public holidays)

Unfortunately, this only applies to orders in the Netherlands. When you order from abroad, the delivery times are slightly longer.

As soon as we have sent your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail you can find the tracking number of your package. If the code starts with 3S, you can follow your package by clicking on the code. If this code starts with BUS, it means that your package has been sent with letterbox mail and unfortunately you can not trace it. But do not worry within 1-2 working days the package will in all probability come in! :-)

 

Returns

You can return your return within 14 days after receipt of your order (unworn at your own expense, provided with labels and in original packaging). Send a mail to info@rachelmoore.nl and you will receive the return address. Do not forget to include the invoice and indicate whether you want to return (circle item) or exchange and in the case of exchange indicate for which color and size it needs to be exchanged. When you send your return, always keep your PostNL Track & Trace receipt until your return is processed! If we have received your return, we will refund the amount to your account number within 7 days.

Pay attention!

Sale items may also be returned or exchanged! The item may not be worn or damaged! Watch out with make-up: items with make-up stains will NOT be returned The costs of return shipment are for the sender Items that are outside the 14-day return time will NOT be returned. No exceptions are made to the above conditions. Be careful: if you return an item damaged, with stains or outside the return period, the costs for returning it to you are for yourself. Avoid unnecessary costs and only return according to the policy.
